Sometimes, just being is brave.
Center and breathe.
And We Continued is a space to dream, grow, and become. I know how daunting it can be to live a life that truly aligns with who you are. This newsletter was born from that journey. If you ever crave calm, clarity, or a gentle nudge forward, you're in the right place.
In these posts, I share thoughtful reflections, topic-specific action steps, and journal prompts to help you take real steps forward. A free resource is coming soon to give you a taste of what it’s like to journey with me!

Sometimes, the brave thing, the strongest thing, is to just breathe as you are.
If you are reading this, I know you love to take action. You love to do the hard work. You love to put in the most effort you can. That’s why you’re here. That’s why you are tuned in.
However, I am sure you notice that there are ups and downs in a journey. There are times when things just don’t feel like they’re happening. There are times when you feel like it’s all too much or that you’re much too tired.
You think that maybe you’re doing something wrong, maybe you need to do more stuff. I want to take this moment in space to tell you that you don’t need to do anything else. You are enough. You have done enough. It’s time to take a little time for some much-deserved stillness.
I know you might have a lot to do, but in the duration of this newsletter, let’s stay in the here and now.
Let’s just let the deadlines go for a minute. Let’s let the future stay in the future for this moment right now. Let’s tune in to you. Can you feel your chest going up and down with your breath? How fast or slow is your heart beating? Does breathing feel good right now?
In this very moment, this is all there is.
I hear my keyboard clacking, and I hear some wooshing sounds from the ACs in the back. I am on my couch with a slight headache. I am tasting a weird concoction of everything I ate earlier. I have some worries before me and some in the past, but I am tuned in here. I am tuned in to writing for you, lovely reader. When I am writing for you, what worries do I have?
I know being can feel weird when you are used to doing. I believe there is a balance for both. You have to be along with taking action. You have to be grounded when you are reaching for the stars. There is no use being completely underground. There is also no use just floating around without gravity.
Let’s just be in the present and gently go in the direction we were always written to be.
Sincerely,
Your Author Bayinnah
Check-In Chat
For this check-in, write what you are experiencing with all 5 senses right now (or as many senses as you can).
I am going to answer this question in the community chat myself. The only people who can access community chat are other paid members, so it is more intimate and filled with like-minded, supportive people.
If you want to share it in the chat community, great! If you don’t, also great! It is up to you, and there is no pressure at all.
Journal Prompts
Here are some questions to get you in that calm state of now ~
What would it look like to fully believe that I am enough right now?
What emotions come up when I consider slowing down or resting? Where might those feelings stem from?
How do I typically respond when things don’t seem to be moving fast enough? How can I shift that response with kindness?
What signs have I already received that I’m on the right path, even if the results aren’t visible yet?
What are three moments in the past when rest moved me forward more than action did?
What does “stillness” mean to me? What kind of stillness nourishes me the most?
If I trusted that I’m divinely supported, what would I allow myself to stop forcing today?
🎯 Action Steps
✨ Schedule 20–30 minutes this week for intentional stillness
No podcasts, no planning, just breathing, journaling, or sitting with yourself.
🟨 Write a sticky note that says, “I am enough. I have done enough.”
Place it somewhere visible. Look at it every morning for a week.
Did you try any of these? How did it go?
Good job. You are doing a good job.
Sincerely, Sincerely,
Your Author Bayinnah
