If everything in your life is doing some crazy, disjointed samba dance, it is understandable why you want to pull your hair out. It is also understandable when you try to force everything in your life into a neat little line to make it do what it is “supposed” to do. Again, totally normal during this warranted freak-out time.
I am not going to tell you to get over it when it feels like your life is falling apart. I am only here to remind you that your life is falling into place. It’s as if life is rearranging itself in what looks like crazy chaos before settling down into the reality we asked for.
Sometimes, in the middle of being super stressed, I have this thought and a knowing in the back of my head. Yes, I am super stressed out right now, but what is going to happen is already written and going to happen. What if life is laughing at me right now because what I am stressing out about is already taken care of?
Instead of scrambling to gain control of the chaos, I believe I am supposed to just go with the flow.
I think it’s similar to what we learn in self-defense classes. I know this seems way random, but it’ll make sense. In self-defense class, they say that when you are falling, you are supposed to make your body have the least resistance possible. You aren’t supposed to be rigid. When you leave your body limp, your body is prone to fewer injuries.
So, instead of freaking out, I believe one should just continue taking consistent actions. What is going to happen is truly going to happen. There is nothing we can do about it but try our best. So, keep steady during this time of realignment.

College. College. College.
This college application process, with all its dates and lists, is absolutely no joke. My heart goes out to everyone applying because it is pretty intense, and a lot depends on it.
For some people, the hardest part is actually getting the process done. For some people, it’s getting the things they need together. For me, it’s the waiting that's the hardest part. I must have checked my portal a gazillion times (I promised I would cool it lol).
But yes, that’s where I am. The waiting part. This is amazing because I got to the part where I just need to wait. If I didn’t apply, I wouldn’t be in this weird period. That’s fun.
We just need to chill and trust people! We got this!💪 😭
